Simpsons Tapped Out - Account unsusable since last christmas update

Dear developers,

I have a problem since the last Christmas Update...
I put your gift (Christmas tree) near others objects and since this moment my account freeze ALL THE TIME during the falling of the first gift package near the tree.

Can you delete this item or stock it in my inventory please?

I think it's actually the bags being left in your town causing the problem, not the metal tree. Which, btw, you can't place in inventory if you want to continue with the Christmas missions. It becomes the screen where your game opens.
