Completely down/broken!

Last night the game stopped connecting. When I load it, I get the splash screen and it just spins. This morning the problem continued. Tried all the rebooting phone, etc. Finally tried uninstalling in order to reinstall and now I cannot even get the game to download.

What is going on with the servers?

I've had this happen, and it doesn't seem to be the servers that are the problem.  After all, no one else is affected when it happens to me.

This is what I had to do:

Uninstall the game.

Turn off your phone or tablet (or whatever).

Turn off your internet access point.

Wait at least a couple of minutes.

Turn your internet access back on and wait for it to boot up completely.

Turn your device back on.

See if that fixed the problem.
