Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? exit the game when your team mates leave your banner when you are dead
sometimes random teammate go solo and they are far from you,
if you die and you know that your squad can't save you so you want to exit and start a new game,
but you get abandoned game penalty instead.
I think that abandoned game penalty policy should be reviewed
