Sector 5- inflict deathmark feat not counting

I just ran sith empire (dr fallen hk malak Mara) into padme twice.  Win first match landing deathmark twice. 

Ran again and tried to record but lost, still inflicted once. 

Shuld have 3/10 on feats and it’s 0/10.

Deathmark from DR counts as the character applying it to themself. You need to use Deathtrooper.

This is a bug plain and simple. The feat says "Inflict deathmark 10 times" and is not specifying the means any further. How the game is currently coded is obviously in contradiction with the feat description. One of the two has to change.

I am also experiencing no tracking of deathmark via drevan lead. Occurred twice approximately 915-945 pm ET under ally code 132-928-414. Ran team against Bo-Katan.

deathmark from Revan's leader seems to be considered as not a debuff from your character.

I have a good way, choose small boss in S5, use GLRey, JTR, Wat, Deathtrooper and Traya,

kill Chopper then always isolate Kanan, then shoot deathmark on Ahsoka till time is up.

This mission does not need you win the battle, time up and lost also count in.

@MillaboreusF That might help people with those char work around the problem but doesn't change the fact that the method of inflicting deathmark is not part of the specification and to reword the specification because it was coded differently is blatantly underhanded

@MillaboreusF And on reflection it is not the circumstances of a char dropping below the threshold that causes the deathmark it is the presence or absence of that char with that functionality that decides whether the deathmark is applied or not. Therefore it is that char that is responsible for the deathmark.
