Pixelated stripes on objects/clothes

Which language are you playing the game in? Français
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.84.171.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try some clothes and look at some objects, usually black/brown/dark colors in general.
What happens when the bug occurs? Pixelated purple/pink large pixels, striped over the clothes texture or color. It usually happens on darker colors clothes, such as black or brown, or dark blue, beige...
What do you expect to see? A polish color, without pixelated stripes of pink/purple or green.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have that with so many objects now, such as the toilet stalls from University, some of the bed covers from base game, the black/blue umbrella from seasons, the dark blue and drak green fridge from Country Kitchen Kit, wall paints, floors from Spa day espcially in beige, brown or dark blue/black. Also on brown wood color noticeable on a lot of Mission styled base game furniture.

If you know the problem and it would possibly be my computer, I would like to know, because Its not on every objects or clothes, but its there and make some clothes/objects less usabled.

Here is a flagrant exemple from MWS. And I will show some of the objects mentionned above. Its annoying especially on objects that are default for sims, like the black umbrella.

I understand that this is a old thread, But I also have this issue, Though if you have AMD RYZEN or Amd graphics card it sort of fixes the issues by applying a filter over the textures. 

But this is not a fix its masking the underlying issue. I have tried everything when I had intel and Nivdia but nothing worked, it got to a point I had to make CC with fixes. 

PLEASE EA MAXIS fix this issue!
