[OPEN] [IL] Mermaid Conservationists can't complete snorkel job task

It's 2023 and it's still not fixed

May 2023 and still no change or fix to this. It's not just the job task. Mermaids can't dive at all because it's tied to snorkling. So other than swim fast and talk to dolphins, mermaids can't actually do any proper water activities, and not even all the stuff regular sims are allowed to do in the water, which is incredibly backwards
