New stages won't unlock

None of my new stages will unlock, even though I fulfilled all the listed conditions (Must reach level 60, finish previous stage, etc). So far, I've been having this problem with Mod Battles, Cantina Battles, Dark Side Battles, and Fleet Battles. Light Side Battles is the only ones that will still unlock new stages.

I started having this trouble only recently, around when I reached level 60. I am very confused. What is going on?

I'm also having this issue but with Fleet Battles.

I have completed all the fleet Battles on level 3, even got the achievement and yet the level 4 will  ot unlock.
