[PS4] Sims freeze when teens and kids go to school

 I have the same problem.  Although the fix around of saving on 8am does jump start them back into action it is nonetheless still very annoying and shouldn't be happening.  Is there any sign of this being fixed?

I’m having this issue but not just with the high school and the high school eventually gets going after a few minutes. If I have a group of teen sims travel to a lot together they all idle and I can’t get any of them, including my own played sims to do anything or even leave the lot without going to a different member of the household and forcing the teen sim home. I’m actually a PC player but I can’t find the thread for the same issue with pc. It’s also not the teen hangout lot trait that’s doing it because even on lots without that trait I’m having the issue.
