Summarize your bug Spirit blade assault does not revive. I recreated the bug multiple times, making sure the criteria to trigger revive was met, and that the nightsister ally is killed by an attack and not Annihilate, and she will not revive by way of Mother Talzin's Spirit Blade Assault.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I would recommend using arena or galactic war to set up the prerequisites, kill 1 or more enemies, lose a nightsister ally, by way of enemy attacks other than Annihilate or Execute, making sure Spirit Blade Assault isn't on cooldown.

It's not having a defeated enemy to make it revive. That specific spirit blade attack must kill an enemy for it to work

I have the same issue. The spirit blade attack does not use defeated nightsisters, and even if an enemy is defeated it still does not revive anyone. The spirit blade attack does not function properly.
