Summarize your bug No longer have the Tier 55 – K30 “Stinger” Weapon Skin (Premium) from season 1 battle pass. I reached tier 56 or 57 not sure what I stopped at since I was only aiming to get the k30 skin. I remember claiming it and playing a few matches with it then logging off and this was saturday (27th). Went to go try a round out today and noticed the skin was completely gone, tried to contact support but they told me to come here.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? I cry
What should be happening instead? I should have the k30 stinger skin
