Missing General Skywalker Shards [ Edited ]

A day ago, I completed the Clash on Kamino event and noticed I was missing 35 shards. Completing this event should unlock a 5 star general skywalker. Since it didn’t, I have no other way of earning shards towards this character. I’ve tried multiple conversations with the EA help function and tried opening cases but i haven’t gotten anywhere with my issue. Any suggestions? At this point all I want is the ability to earn shards towards this character…
