Jedi Training rey missing shards [ Edited ]

Rey (jedi Training) journey has bugged out on me. i have been dealing with this issue with in game help for a week and no one has been able to help me. its a pretty straight forward issue i believe seeing is how i have the screen shots. I have had this issue with another character before and it was resolved with the exact same evidence within the hour. this is a dead character i cant use for grand arena right now. so i am pretty flustered. hoping for a quick resolution to this issue thank you
