How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug i know 100% that i joined Grand Arena. i even went in and looked at the map. it had 4 territories one of which was for fleet. I am a 3 year player and have never missed a tw or raid for not joining. i am extremely upset on missing out on the game play and rewards.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i am not sure but this is so upsetting to me. i have spent to much time and money on this game for me to not participate.

I have the same issue.. Using OnePlus 5T..

And for some reason it won't allow me to create a post either..
I can only get it as far as Preview.. Never seen a submit button on it..

Actually found out the reason for the submit button not showing.
The posting field allows for drag-and-drop type of action and shows the dragged image inside it, still it didn't register it as a file..
Physically had to add a file to the system..

I had the same issue and I saw the fleet as well. We can’t be the only ones with problems. There is no way I missed it either.

I had a similar issue : no toast notification and no GA event currently active. Been clicking on it everyday since the second test event ended

This?!? This is all the response i get. And not only that i changed my timezone over a week ago it has nothing to do w it. I have been playing for 3 years i know whether i "joined" or not

If they seriously give out the TW rewards from the deleted TW inside this rounds GA, i'll go berserk!
