Crypto can summon many drones plus UI glitch

What happens when the bug occurs? [1] Sometimes the teammate status bars would switch position for no reason (at least I cannot understand the logic behind it), when opening inventory/map. I have awared of this "glitch" since S1. [2] Crypto can occasionally summon more than 1 drone at the same time.
What should be happening instead? The opposite
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? [1] It may occur several times during 1 match. Try open inventory many times. [2] It was triggered occasionally. I currently have no idea.
