@bipper741 Hello there,

That mod is part of a load out. Remove the mod from the load out or delete it and you'll be able to sell the mod.

Since mods in loadouts also cannot be sold, I think the text 'mod within loadout' also needs to be included in the error message 'You can only sell unlocked and unequipped mods'.
