Apex Pack not being awarded upon logging into Anniversary Event

What happens when the bug occurs? I logged at 4 pm, exactly when the update dropped, to receive the "five login awards" that were mentioned on the website, and received them all BUT the Apex Pack
What should be happening instead? I should've received all rewards
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a new account and log into the game while the event is active
As mentioned here, during the event, you’ll receive five awards (three matching stat trackers for Bangalore, an Apex Pack, and an event badge) just for logging in for the first time.
I received the Bangalore stat trackers and the event badge, but not the Apex Pack. There was an issue with Collection Event crafting prices not being halved and, even after it got fixed, I still didn't receive any pack.
