Chapter Rewards won't unlock

Just returned to the game, I can't seem to progress my chapter rewards to unlock the Jungle Carbine. The experience bar just does not move. Any ideas?

@2ix- The chapter has ended now I'm afraid. The weapons should be released to buy with CC at some point I believe.
