I like many aspects of Battlefield V ranging from the graphics (Xbox Series X), map design & size, etc. But, it’s really hard to love the game when you’re a newbie and getting annihilated all the time.
There are so many experienced Battlefield players that it makes the game unenjoyable to newbies. I don’t blame the experienced players as we all hope to be like that someday. But what I do feel could be improved is allowing players to compete against others of similar skill level. War Thunder, as an example, does a good job of this by using the leveling system to match like-to-like.
From a business perspective, it’s important to support newbies as this is from where your user adoption growth will come - especially with Xbox Game Pass making this game accessible to millions. So just passing along my perspective in case it’s of interest.
