Battlefield V crashes on menu startup

So when I ever I open battlefield, it load up to the loading screen and when it load into the menu screen, it freezes for 5 seconds and then crashes. I've tried to repair my game but that wouldn't work, alos tried changing dx12render 1 to 0 in the battlefield v setting folder, tried going windowed borderless but that wound't work and I have also completely uninstalling the game itself from the library (I don't own any items) and still comes up with the same problem and even the dx12 id disabled so I have no idea what is the problem so someone please tell me if theres a solution to this.
