Reputation error code 1

I've been trying to play bf4 I bought the game and all the dlc for it and it won't let me even join a official server and It keeps saying "error code 1" or "reputation to low to join server" and idk what to do or how to fix it if someone knows how to fix this please let me know I've tried everything from restarting it, then my console, hard reset, turning the power for it off, uninstalling and reinstalling, troubleshooting said my console was good and i would only get 15 latency in servers near me, and more so I have no clue what to do anymore

Error Code 1 usually points to a connectivity issue of some kind. Let's try running through some troubleshooting to see if we can help get this fixed.
