Battlefield 4 keeps crashing on PC

bf4 freezes, sound loop starts, game crashes and an error message appears:

My graphics card: Gigabyte AMD Radeon HD 6850

My processor: AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad-Core processor 3.60GHz

My windows: Win7 proffesional 54 bit

I hope DICE will fix all the bugs. The game was / is not cheap!

beta worked without any problems.

now it crashes randomly wit sound loops.

It doesnť work for me. I had them turned off before installing BF4. Crash/freeze several times per hour.

All you have to do to fix the problem is go to nvidia control panel, then configure surround, physx, then under physx settings, select your graphics card.. this fixed the game for me, played all day without crashing

Not for me. Previously I did this but the game continued to crash.

and i also went into origin, and right clicked on battlefield 4 and clicked repair install.. I forgot i did that too

Sorry to hear that. This is so upsetting. BF4 seemed so promising but a massive letdown at this point. Have you tried fixing your registry using CCleaner? I fixed mine and cleared all the unnecessary bloat on my system.

Yeah underclocking apparently didn't fix it. The game was just messing with me.
