So I try and download and just get Operating System unsupported, and that I need to upgrade to WIndows Vista 6.0 or newer.

I contacted support and they had a really nice response, right click the origin icon and go to properties.
Go to compatibility and dun check the box.

Your error usually means that your OS has some corrupted internal markers, and the only way I know of to fix them is to downlaod all of the Windows Updates that Microsoft's Update site says you need.

And thank you for sharing it. I don't recall ever putting this stupid program into compatability mode, but sure enough it was. Removed check, relaunched, everything beautiful.

I'm running windows 8 64bit and still get the same message when i try to install from the disk, OR download. turned off compatibility and everything. IDK WHAT TO DO

I also have this problem, i went to properties and put it to windows 7 but that didnt work so i just un checked the box that also didnt work any other ideas
