Help! I can´t log in to battlelog

I ´ve played 640 hours of Battlefield 3, in the last weeks i played alot of Battlefield 4 Beta
after a few days i wasn´t able to play bf4 beta becaue i got a error with a [37] at the end i don´t know what it does mean. but ok now the beta is over and i want to play battlefield 3 but i can´t even log in to battlelog, every time i trie it they tell me that i have to buy battlefield 3 to log in and i got bf3 in origin and on my pc i played 640 hours of it.
please help i do really want to play bf3

AHQ a Public forum ,since it would involve accessing your account to verify which we cannot do in AHQ .In order to solve your problem you will need to speak with at game advisor at EA Customer support:  https://help.ea.com/contact-us 

Follow these steps to get a game advisor:

1. Click the link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask
2. Where it says, What Can We Help you With, type in the game name
3. Click Find Solutions
4. Select "Account" from the drop-down list
5. Click: Find Solutions
6. Scroll down a little and on the lower right hand side, Click "I Still need Help"

Sign into your PC origin client with the origin account that you have BF3 on.  Then go to your games library and double click the BF3 icon so Origin opens Battlelog and signs you in so see if you can circumvent the "buy BF3" error that you are receiving.
