Are you on PC? If so, Origin or Steam?

Go to the store in-game and see if you can install the DLC packs from there (Scroll all the way down). Restart PC or relaunch client after installation.

If you are on Playstation, please restore licenses.

If you are on ps4 go to the game page > your adds on > download your dlc > restart the game.
