How to remove all NPC ghost

Game:The sims 4 cityliving
How to remove all NPC ghost in relationship panel?
I have average about 70% ghost friend.

Average about 10% can be found in manage household.
Average about 40% can not be found where it live, they're formal co-worker and is retired.
Average 10% is my formal played household, the sims I created.
Another 40% friendship ghost is unknown probably neighborhood, restaurant, gym, librarian, spa or maybe musuem worker where i travel. How to remove 👻!

Help, I google everwhere, try every cheat, none is help my brain is explode spending whole two day for research all I do is read and read. All I want just some fun...

Sims ID? You mean that over 10 digit number? I am not a machine.

If you're not opposed to mods, try MC Command Center. That's probably the easiest.
