can i convert simpoints back into my EA balance? [ Edited ]

i have about $20 worth of simpoints on my sims 3 store account but i no longer play sims 3 and would like to buy game packs for the sims 4. is there any way origin can help me or am i stuck ):?

I don't think that's possible but you can always try if a game advisor can help you out
