Why doesn`t special content show in my game?

I downloaded the household, 'Dayson Twins' on my Sims 3 game. When I enter the game, it doesn`t show up. I`ve uninstalled the household many times and tried again, but no luck. Help please?

Are you using save file or add to game ? Save file is corrupting many downloads. Try add to game instead.
