Sims seasons cd missing, still got code

Where do you get that message ? On Origin ? Are you downloading from the Client under myGames now ? Which code are you using ? The one in Origin or the one you had with the DVD or are they the same ?

When I redeemed my code at origin (the code from my gamedisk, I uninstalled the game and then I downloaded it from origin.

I had to add that same code into origin, so it's the same code.

I go from my games, press play, it gives me the launcher, and if I press play there, it says to fill in my code, again and again
