I bought Dragon valley off the Sims store, everything was going great until the download screen stopped and the infamous "please make sure your game has the latest software updates and try again"  message appeared. The things is, that my sims 3 games are all up to date. I've tried to restart my computer, un-installed and re-installed the game and nothing has work yet. I need Help!

What is your base game version right now ?

To find out, open your launcher and hover over the little base game icon in the lower left part of the launcher. It should say 1.50.
