sims 3 code not reactivating

I sent my computer in to be fixed and when i got it back the game wouldn't work. When i tried to reinstall it, it said that my codes were invaild. How do I make the codes vaild again?

Where do you get the message ? When trying to activate on Origin or on installing on the blue window with the sims ?

For Origin

You don't need to re-register again. Simply login with your Origin account and find the game in myGames. If it's not there, contact a game advisor

The game also got deleted off the computer and it won't come up anymore.
