Why am i not getting the Limited Edition petshop for Pets?

I have been trying for months to get the Pet shop for Sims 3 Pets but every time i have not been able to get the petshop i have lost the code and i can not get the code in but i still request that the pet shop be placed into my account

Is your Pets expansion pack registered and showing up on your Sims 3 page? 

Have you tried going to My Page and in the drop down menu under My Account, tried to redeem a code?

Not sure if it's still redeemable. Did you buy after the expiration date ?

You would need to talk to customer if they're still willing to give it to you
