Unable to download purchased items from the Sims 3 store!

I have just updated my launcher this evening and I have tried 2 different browsers....I cannot download Grandpa's grove (which is expensive in sims points) and a few other items i bought. I would love some help in figuring out why I keep getting errors!!

Which error are you seeing ?

Nothing happens or do you get an error message ?
