The Sims 3 Worlds Bundle

Today I bought The Sims 3 Worlds Bundle that includes Hidden Springs and Monte Vista. When I opened the box I found the codes and was all ready to enter them but when I tried to install the games, the install wizard did not make me enter the codes and just went straight to the finish screen. When I tried playing The Sims 3, neither of the worlds were there. I am now so confused. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

this has happened to others too, the disk  installation skips  over instead if installing

from the FAQ The disc installation process skips over instead of installing

Not sure what's up with that but try to redeem your code in your the sims 3 store and download from your purchase history instead.

• Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
• Go to your account page: https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html (site will ask for your password again)
• Click on Redeem a Code
• Enter the 16-letter code, accept the Policies and click on Redeem
• Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version)

1. Go to thesims3.com and log in with your account
2. Go to the general redeem a code page: http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/generalredeem.html
3. Enter the 16-letter code (this is not for 20-letter codes) and click on Submit
4. Go to your purchase history to download the world (make sure your game is updated to the newest version)

Instead of the world, it gave me simpoints for Hidden Springs. Also I cannot get online in my origin account, its stuck on offline mode.

Did you then buy the world with the points ? That's how it works for some version.

For your other issue

Make sure you have Proxies turned off.

Control Panel --> Internet Options --> Connections --> LAN Settings --> Untick Proxy Server

Also try reinstalling Origin if that doesn't help.
