TOWN LIFE GIFT DOESN'T DOWNLOAD

so The Sims 3 gave me a gift wich is The Sims 3 Town Life. And in my Sims 3 page it appears like i have that abd im playing with it, but no. Like, its on my main TS3 page but its not on my Origin, meaning i cnat play with it. Any help?:mansad:
