Register Sims 3 Bought on Origin

I have bought the sims 3 base game a month ago on Origin and when I try to register my game, I can't because it says the Origin will do that for me. But the thing is that it has been a month and my game still hasn't been register in the sims 3 website. If someone could help me I would appreciate.

You need to contact a Customer Support game advisor for this

 

Game advisors can be found through live chat.

  1. https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ 
  2. Set your language to US at the bottom
  3. Click on Contact a game advisor 
  4. Describe your issue with a few words
  5. Click on Find a Solution
  6. Select Product: ex: The Sims 3 or Origin
  7. Select Issue Type: ex: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
  8. Select Platform: PC
  9. Click Find solution
  10. Scroll down and click I still need help
  11. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor

If you bought the game on Origin, Origin will automatically register the game under the login/email you used when you purchased the game. Your login for thesims3.com site should be the same as it is for Origin. There has been some problems with Origin syncing to thesims3.com site (they are two different systems). Did you logoff thesims3.com site and log back in? This is an open forum for users by users. As this in an open forum we can not access accounts from this site. To resolve this issue you need to contact an EA game consultant. Here is a link to EA customer service - Contact EA

Yes, I've already logged off and on many times but it doesn't work, and the email that I use for my sims 3 account is the same as I use in my Origin account, and that's what really bugs me, I don't know what I'm doing wrong or if I'm doing something wrong. But thanks for the help and for the link, I'll try to contact EA for help.
