Refund simpoints

Dear sirs,

First of all, I'm Korean, I don't know what to do now.

I bought simpoints by credit card just a few minutes ago, but I took a mistake.

I wanted to buy only new world pack(Roaring heights) but I clicked 1st simpoints(most expensive one).

Please help me, I want to refund.
