RE: I couldn't play Sims 3 generations pack

Hi,

I've got problems with downloading my sims 3 expansion pack.

Before downloading it, the sims 3 is working well, but after downloading it, the play button dissappeared. 

I've uninstalled it but my sims 3 is also being affected by it.

This is how it looks like right now.

It's because I couldn't update the latest file, it suddenly just close by itself. So the EA team gave me the installation pack instead and it works.

The play button on Origin ?

You'll need to upload the file to some picture sharing site. We can't look at files that are on your computer.

It's a play button on the disc. I bought the disc instead.

You mean the launcher?

Yeah the launcher! It couldn't start because the play button(Launcher) is gone.

Could you upload that pic somewhere (imageshack, photobucket, tinypic ..) so we can take a look how it looks for you ?
