PLEASE HELP! [ Edited ]

I really need help figuring out what the problem is, i have two sims in my studio that i am trying download to my games, i have tried everything to get them to download, nothing is working! I made the sims about 2 years ago and now i can't even use them, someone please help!!!!!! I've got the latest updates, patches, everything! This is annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, did some voodoo and have uploaded to mediafire. Send you links and instructions via PM (click on the little envelope in the upper right corner of this page).

For future reference: Do not use the Exchange as a place to backup your Sims. The exchange is easily corrupting things so I would always save the Sims you want to keep in three variants: Share them from CAS, save them to bin from CAS (gives you a .sim file) and also put finish the family and then share the household. The files can then be found in the SavedSims, Library (weird name, go by date) and uploads folder. Save those files to an external drive or a flash drive for safe-keeping.

Hope they are ok like that. I'm sure you're much better in re-do the clothing and makeup and stuff on your own

 the file size that is a large file for a sim i used the add to game and i got an error see the log for details which it said this but my internet is good so they should have downloaded from the log just as the download was almost done it fails

however i used the save file and that download...did the save file work for you ?

now the download box that pops up when downloading to the game is not responding...

well the save file worked for me so i don't know how good the file is as in if it will install sim and all i'll upload those to media fire and link them here

i'll also post in the helpers corner to see if someone  can assist may be Monday before they'll be on and can see what they can do too
