oki for some reason when on the sims site i cant enter my mailbox ?_? i tried for a couple of days it says i have 8 mails but when i try it says we cant process your request. why i have no idea but that is what i get and i would love to see what i have in there... now i am sry if there is a fix to this i havent been able to find a thread about this and there is a SEA of threads here so i most likely missed some where solution to this is if you know it plz link me or if you know a fix tell me plz =)

Make sure to update your game though since it's mostly fixed. It just doesn't help if you are affected before patching but it should prevent the bug from happening again.

You need to either try a different browser and if that doesn't work either, get in touch with a customer support game advisor
