[MAC] Not all of my expansion packs say I own them when I do

So to sum is up, I have ALL of my sims 3 games/expansions registered on the sims 3 website. Now I am trying to download them from origin onto a different computer and it only says I own sims 3 and a couple expansion packs. But some of my expansion packs I own and have registed it says I have to buy them.

HELP MEEEEEEEHHHHHHHH please

I purchased a bundle with The Sims 3, Showtime and Medieval. Now I have no expansions.
