I can't upload Sims or Households to the exchange!

I've never been able to, I've tried the DEP thing, Trying with smaller sized sims, Larger sized sims, I don't understand

What error are you getting ? Does it show error or simply not show up ?

Undo DEP, that is solved and has nothing to do with this problem.

Sometimes it say 'installed but doesn't show up & others it says 'system error'

Are you using custom content ?

There's a log which can be found in documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log

Well this familiar to me!

Recently discovered that our internet upload speed had dropped to nearly nothing.  Have you done a test on your internet download and upload usage?  I was paying for 10 mb/s download and found out I was only getting 2.   Upgraded my internet to a faster package by going with cable from telephone and all my problems disapperared.  I spent hours renaming my uploads and reworking to make sure there was no CC or that they weren't too big an upload. Deleted things from My Studio to make room.  Always cleared my cache files and used the CCleaner on the computer.  Stayed up till the middle of the night to try uploading then. etc etc.  Anything that was suggested I did and it all came down to the internet.  Now I have 74mb/s download and 10 mb/s upload.
