Hello
I have a big problem.
I purchase SimPoints in order to buy The Promenade (in French) on the Sims3 Store, but when I click on Download, the content does not go into downloads on the launcher.
However, it is well in the Downloads folder on my computer, but I can not read it.
When I click on Download via the Sims3 Store, an error message appears telling me that an error occurred and must check the log. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Origin, but nothing works.
I need your help, please.

What is your base game version right now ?
Open the launcher and check the number in the lower left corner.
If you're not at 1.63, please update your game.
