Content from the Exchange won't install

I just downloaded some households from the Exchange. When I try to install it says it failed because I need a software update, though my game is up to date. I used the "save file" button because "add to game" was not working.

What happens if you click add to game ? Nothing ?

Problem is that save as is corrupting files

Try another browser and use add to game.
