Hi,

 

I just purchased a new MacBook Air and decided to re-install "The Sims 3" but I am not able to launch the game after completeing the installation.

 

Any ideas?

Hi,

 

I am getting a window with the following error message while launching the program:

 

"The Sims 3

Unable to start game

Srvice Initialization Failed (0x039e8474)"
