My friends has set up an account for me, and they have turn me into a young kid, so I am not able to connect to the EA server now, so how can I change the date of birth of the origin account?

You need to contact a Customer Support game advisor for this

Also, be aware that you may need to provide official ID proof of your date of birth in this case. This is due to our legal obligations not to sell some games to underage players.

Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
