Done the last parchment quest on Simpsons several times every time I log in again have to re do the quest, also keep having to repeat the leaders quest done the same one several times not advancing please advise

Many players have reported this issue. As far as I know, there is not a fix to this. Everyone is waiting for the developers to fix it. You can try to sync your game before exiting but not sure if that will make any difference.
