Simpsons Tapped Out - missing new friend

Hi!

I have a notification in the game that i've received new friends requests.

But when I try to add them in the neighbourhood mode, it shows I have no new friends to add. 

I have this problem for quite a long time now and it doesn't fix with the updates and reinstallation (i tried many times!)

Please help to add new fellows, or at least get rid of notifications, which is quite irritating )

Unfortunately this is an ongoing problem.  Do you have access to a Mac or PC?  If so, then you can use the Origin app to manage your friends.
