[Info Request] Springfield reset after latest update on Android

I've spent so much money on this game purchasing donuts.  I had items that could only be purchased using donuts as well.  Please restore.

As I posted earlier, my game had been reset to scratch following the recent update. 

I still am not prompted to create an Origin ID following the game reset, so if this is a necessary step, why are we not warned about it ? 

I had assumed all my User data was being saved locally on my device and only game content was stored on the servers, is this not the case ?

Following the reset, I did consider uninstalling and reinstalling the game but it's now listed as incompatible with any of my Andriod devices, including the original Nexus 7 I have been playing it on.

What is going on ?  How can you produce such a great, addictive game yet get the administration so wrong !!

I had been looking forward to the whacking day update and  finally being able to sign in via origin so i could start visiting other peoples towns... The update appears in Google Play.. Update.. Sign in with Origin.. and everything gone.

Its ridiciulous had to spend long enough waiting for the game to get a release for android put alot of time in playing it and spending money on the golden scratch cards just for it to start over again..
