Huge bug for The Simpsons Tapped Out

For the last week I've not been able to sign into my Simpsons Tapped out game. When I do it begins from the very start again. Everything I built up and even purchased with my money is gone. I can't believe this. This happened years ago when yous were fixing a bug in the system but got the majority of it back. I hope it's not like this again. How can I fix this? My ID is Evildead100
