Using ulti on SLKR freezes the game

When I use ultimate ability on my SLKR the game freezes... It happens on every game mode - squad arena, GAC, Conquest, TB, and TW. In the current conquest I've lost 2 fights already (so 40 energy...), so please fix this problem. If the game freezes I have to restart the game and lose all the progress...
